As well as supplying bulk ingredients such as cream, milk powders, butter and cheese to manufacturers, wholesalers and for export, we have also developed our own range of 4x5kg and 8x2.5kg cheddar blocks and 250g butter bricks under the Farmers’ Choice brand.
