At Eilers & Wheeler we are passionate about dairy products. For nearly 40 years we have been selecting and grading the very best cheeses and butter, paying attention to detail at every stage.

We believe that our Farmers’ Choice range of cheddars and butter reflects the true craft of dairy farmers, cheese and butter-makers. From a mellow and soft mild, through to a rich and robust mature or extra mature, or even a tangy and intense farmhouse or vintage cheddar, Farmers’ Choice delivers.
